So… as you look around and check out every agent’s sale fee you notice they’re all more or less the same and choose an agent to hopefully sell your home. You probably begrudge that ‘Sale Fee’ a little though, right? I know I would.

Aside from having been established in Cramlington for over 30 years, our staff having over 100 years combined experience in the industry and all of the mod-cons available to us for selling your home via local newspapers, internet directories, our own website, and social networking profiles did you know that, our sale fee is the lowest available in the area?

 

A Market Leading Sale-Fee – 1%

That’s right. At just 1%, our sale fee beats most of our local competition hands-down and in fact most other competition within a 10 mile radius of our office! Just pay us £75  +VAT  for  an Energy Performance Certificate, which is required by law, and that will get you going. If you decide at any point to withdraw your property from the market, there’s usually a withdrawal fee with all agents too (we charge £99 +VAT). As you will see, one of the best deals available in and around Northumberland.

What could a ‘Plan B’ consist of?

Well, at Renown we like to think that we provide a genuine, trustworthy, honest and reliable, realistic service. Backed by senior members of staff who have more experience individually than most of the younger sales people you find in other ‘large chains Agents’ combined. A vast knowledge of the market built up over time. We blend the latest technology with traditional methods of advertising  to your potential buyers. Nice, but this is nothing new right?

Well what if we slashed our market leading sale-fee further… cut it right down, to say 3/4 of a percent? That’s right, a 0.75% Sale-Fee. Sounding good?

How can we make this work? Well in return we ask you to pay an upfront marketing fee of £325 +VAT. We’ll not charge you a withdrawal fee if you change your mind (unlike other agents, and under the traditional ‘Plan A’). Remember that Energy Performance Certificate you needed? We’ll scrap that fee too. A simple £325 +VAT and you’re good to go.

So, just look at the sums you could be saving when we sell your home or property; based on a gross selling fee of 1% +VAT at the current rate, or in other words, against what Plan A would cost you….

Sell at:

£150,000              and save   £450
£200,000                              £600
£250,000                              £750
