Never cease to be amazed at people who put no effort into presentation of their home and expect to sell for top price. I get into places where they haven’t even made the beds or tidied up! Then expect me to take photos and get onto the market?

What would you think? Do you look past this sort of thing when you are house hunting?

I would not view a house if it looked messy or untidy on the photos.
This is, possibly the biggest financial outlay most people will make and the photos are like a shop window for buyers.
If people want to sell their homes make an effort, and on that note, when Paul came to photograph our house it was lovely and tidy, but he still gave some sound advice on placing furniture to make the room look bigger!!
